photos galore

at the dress rehearsal for nutcracker this year. 

since i was working costumes back stage a few of my lovely friends took pictures for me. 

this is one of my favorites.

it's when fritz (b) and her friends scare the girls. thats b in the suit that looks brown but is actually plum colored. 

this is the beginning of the 'boy dance' as we call it.

and now the children's dance

drosselmeyer enters. everyone's afraid he'll fall over. he has too many gifts!

now they see their surprise...the doll and bear

somehow the pictures of fritz getting onto trouble didn't turn out. but here's dad saying, 'i know you're just a boy and can't help teasing your sister.'

 after the party, the tiny mice appear. that's A in grey with his tongue sticking out.

russian. they have the best costumes.

 the littlest clown lifted high. i feel nervous every time.
