1. utah is behind us. the beach is ahead of us. in the meantime, girls camp. planning for school. trying to clean up something, anything and make it stay organized.
2. am now 32 weeks. every time it takes me by surprise. i keep telling the litigator, 'only 10 more weeks' (because i always plan on being overly pregnant by the time the baby comes). i've never been surprised by a super early baby. that's a worrisome thought. just cause it's #7 doesn't mean i know a thing.
3. the litigator finished the computer cabinet. it's so pretty. i haven't figured out how to organize the inside yet. but that's a fun kind of project to have. we haven't had something 'new' for so long and it's very uplifting.
4. it has been a long 3 days without the girls. s has been camping under the stars, with hand dug latrines for 2 days. it's rough to have them gone so completely with no way to know how they're doing and what their struggles are. they have been so busy this summer and i suppose it's because we're now in a different stage of parenthood. from now on for the next 18 or so years i will have at least 1 child away at scout or girls camp each summer. and often 2. yikes!
5. very happy that little brother and wife will welcome a new baby next year. a cousin for this little one! hooray for babies!
