the boys and i took a long meandering walk through the neighborhood this evening. i took my camera (since i didn't have a baby attached to me) and for a while i forgot my troubles. i sometimes need reminding that looking through my lens touches a deep part of my spirit and allows me to see my children and my life as beautifully as they truly are. and there's nothing like a dog with floppy ears for cheering up.
