i did not take a single picture today. there goes 365. of course, tomorrow i could take a picture of any number of things that would be EXACTLY the same as today.

9. 3 partially used applesauce bottles in the fridge (only tomorrow it will be 3 partially eaten cheese sticks)

lemon chicken

today we said goodbye to lemon chicken. we gave HIM back to the feed store, where they were fairly confident that someone would take him to breed little buff orpingtons. 

at least, that's the idea we're sticking to.

 i used to love lemon chicken, back when we thought HE was SHE and she looked like this:

the kids still loved lemon chicken.

the litigator did not. so back he went and the girls got the fun of choosing replacement chicks (and the litigator too).
