i'm not really sure what happened to this week. we squeezed a lot in. i wrote several blog posts in my head. i cleaned alot, cooked alot, taught alot. read alot. did NOT sleep alot. we walked alot. caught a LOT of bugs. 'tis the season. hugged alot, sang alot, watered alot. it got hot here this week. not to mention laundry-a-lot, drive-a-lot, and dance-a-lot.

the girls have their spring recital tomorrow and there has been many practices. they are fairly thrilled. b gets to lead the littlest girls 'pre-dance' class onstage. they both get to dance 2 separate dances and take a bow with the company. this has never happened before, even with the nutcracker. we celebrated after the rehearsal tonight with in-n-out. we don't really have family that comes to these kinds of things,so we have learned over the years how to make celebrations happen with just us. now there there is 'just' seven of us, it's not too bad!
