first day of school - not such a big deal at my house unless i make it so.
so i made a schultute for each of them with some fun treats and surprises as well as school supplies. color coded, so i don't have to figure out who left their pencil sharpener on the floor. you can see them all dressed up in their back to school clothes. haha.
he thought it was pretty good stuff.
we decorated pencil boxes, sorted our old supplies, and generally felt the joy of new school supplies. because it is real. i feel it. they feel it. and i'll take whatever i can to get them excited for learning.
